We are seeking Electrical Field Engineers to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in heavy commercial and industrial electrical construction. The Electrical Field Engineer works closely with project managers, field teams, contractors, and clients to support the successful execution of electrical projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments and surveys to evaluate existing electrical infrastructure and project requirements

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop electrical layouts, schematics, and specifications

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in accordance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and other applicable codes

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout construction and commissioning phases

  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all electrical installations

  • Develop and maintain project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, equipment manuals, and commissioning records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Required)

  • Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools

  • Working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions

  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
