Production/Inventory Coordinator B

Responsibilities:
- Move materials between storage, staging, and production areas following standard work instructions
- Monitor work-in-process (WIP) to maintain production flow and identify delays
- Track and communicate material and part status using automated systems and manual logs
- Resolve material discrepancies and shortages using established procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite production needs
- Ensure on-time material availability to prevent schedule disruptions
- Operate under general supervision in a high-volume production environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, or aerospace production support
- 1+ years of inventory control or materials management experience
- 1+ years operating forklift and/or stacker (lift truck)
- Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
- Lift up to 35 lbs (frequent lifting up to 10 lbs)
- Occasional pushing/pulling up to 45 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and overhead reaching
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERPLN (ERP Logistics Network)
- Experience with Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
- Knowledge of One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
- Familiarity with:
- BESSY, eTrac, CribMaster, CIMs, KITS, Velocity
