Evaluates jobs with Sales, Finance, and Operations for feasibility and to determine how the job should be quoted to the customer.  Uses strong attention to detail to use in-depth data to develop quotes that accurately reflect direct and indirect costs (including labor, materials, and expenses) associated with performing the work to ensure the Company’s financial goals are met on every job. Works within the Company’s scheduling and financial software to develop cost estimates.  Works with the management team to develop process flow, manning, and schedules, as required to prepare quotes.  Calculates the material costs, manpower costs, and overhead costs to accurately quote jobs.  Maintains ongoing costs for formulations and correlates data in the system.  Continuously evaluating cost estimating data and work sheet forms, and makes necessary changes as required. Supports ISO initiatives. Follows and adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. QualificationsEssential Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the above-listed duties, tasks, and functions. Minimum of 3 years of related experience required and or 5 plus years of related experience and or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics or related field is required. Report writing and strategic planning skills.  Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects.  Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.  Ability to read and interpret technical documents  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation to and from work. The ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
