• Ensure onboard paperwork and background check forms are completed properly.

• Upload onboarding information into the HR database system (SAGE) and submit background checks

to Safety for review for SCSEP enrollments.

• Maintain database (s) of personnel information and accurate payroll records.

• Collect, verify, and record SCSEP participant timecards.

• Upload SCSEP Participant timecards into the payroll system (ADP)

• Key in production sheets for SCSEP participants as needed.

• Review reports to ensure the accuracy of payroll.

• Assist SCSEP participants with obtaining pay verification.

• Compile reports to report monthly In-Kind Hours and quarterly Community Service Assignment

This is a grant-funded position providing support for the Mission Services SCSEP Program. The Data & Payroll Coordinator will complete and input SCSEP participant personnel records into HR system. Collect, input, and process the biweekly payroll of SCSEP participants. Maintain SCSEP database and data entry.

Education and Experience
Â
Minimum requirements are an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Certificate of Higher Education in Accounting, or High School graduate with at least five years’ experience in payroll processing and General Ledger.
