The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment team throughout the candidate recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as a brand ambassador for the client and is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for open positions. Contributes to the efficient Mass operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.Â
Role and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.Â
- Source candidates and build niche-based candidate pools via resume databases and networking sites using basic Boolean search language.Â
- Utilize proprietary software for establishing candidate searches, executing mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.Â
- Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with the recruitment team.Â
- Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search.Â
- Reach out and connect with sourced leads to assess fit and interest in open positions.Â
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated.Â
- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.Â
- Evaluate candidates against position requirements.Â
- Provide research support to the recruitment team, including market or salary data.Â
- Assist with administrative tasks.Â
- Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.).Â
- Effectively communicate with candidates via phone or video.Â
- Ability to support multiple client accounts at one time.Â
- Sales and lead generation.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned.Â
