Comfort Keepers is looking for an energetic, people-focused External Client Care Coordinator to help expand and strengthen the care we provide throughout the Cleona community.

Service Areas:
Cleona, Fredericksburg, Lebanon, Myerstown, Annville, Palmyra, Hershey, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Mount Gretna, and surrounding communities.

Your Role

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their care needs and recommend appropriate services

• Develop strong partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and community organizations

• Visit clients to ensure quality care, satisfaction, and ongoing service excellence

• Coordinate care transitions and communicate updates with families and office staff

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall care experience

• Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives

• Work alongside caregivers and office teams to provide seamless service from start to finish

• Maintain detailed client information and ensure all documentation is completed accurately

• Help resolve concerns quickly while delivering outstanding customer service

• Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the local community

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys building relationships and helping others

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Stays organized while managing multiple priorities

• Is confident using computers and office software

• Brings a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities

• Has experience in healthcare, sales, customer service, or community outreach (preferred but not required)

• Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team
