Responsibilities

Create an outstanding dining experience as a Lead Cook where you will prepare a wide variety of foods that will delight our patients/residents with their taste and timely delivery.

*Follow menus, recipes and menu systems to prepare and serve meals, snacks and nourishments in accordance to prescribed resident/patient diets and requests.
*Serve meals and snacks in various dining locations, including demonstration cooking and point of-service made to order foods as requested.
*Handle and prepare food in a safe and sanitary manner, maintaining clean, organized and sanitary work areas.
*Operate equipment in a safe manner, observe and monitor temperatures of refrigeration units and report malfunctioning equipment.

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
*Experience in commercial/volume food preparation is required.
*Serve-Safe certification is required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
