Industrial Electrician – Day Shift
Weaber is one of the nation's largest hardwood lumber manufacturers, producing quality hardwood products for over 80 years. We're looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
- Work safely while supporting daily production operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (or equivalent).
- Experience working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, relays, starters, and industrial controls.
- PLC troubleshooting experience required. Programming experience is a plus.
- Electrical trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in a manufacturing environment.
