WellSpan Health, a mission-driven, physician-led integrated health system serving communities across Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Residency Program Director to join our Family Medicine Residency team at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

In this vital leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the Residency Program Director to enhance resident education, oversee inpatient services, and foster a culture of academic excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and teach MD and DO residents and medical students, participate in teaching rounds, and maintain a thriving outpatient practice.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree with active Pennsylvania medical license 
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a faculty member in a residency program 
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills
