Shift: Day shift, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, 8:30am - 4:00pmÂ

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager, qualified physician or designee, the vascular sonographer will perform a variety of technical procedures that involves the application of high frequency ultrasound waves to patients for diagnostic purpose, will exercise a high degree of precision, skill and judgment, and will demonstrate sound knowledge of vascular anatomy, and physiology, Doppler physics/instrumentation, ultrasound physics and instrumentation. The sonographer is expected to have or pursue the appropriate certifications in vascular technology. Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Provide appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.Qualifications
- Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Vascular Technology Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) is required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is desirable.
- A registered Technologist/Sonographer is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience is required.
- Current RDMS, RVS, RT(S), or registry eligible is required.
- Registration within one year is required.
- CPR certification is also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
