We offer year-round signature programs designed to uplift and strengthen individuals and families, including summer vacation packages and a day camp for kids. We also contract with ministries and organizations, helping them create their own impactful retreats and events on our property.

All of this happens at our breathtaking location on the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay in North East, Maryland. With 150 guest rooms in our lodge and 220 beautiful acres, we offer guests authentic hospitality and the rest and renewal they crave.

Sandy Cove Ministries is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our team. This position will report directly to the Guest Relations Manager at our North East, Maryland retreat property. This position is responsible for processing and verifying financial transactions, providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring the safety of guests, and processing overnight audit procedures. 

General Purpose: Provide an enjoyable and safe experience for Sandy Cove guests so that they can connect with God and each other by providing services in a variety of roles where most needed. 

Role Qualifications:

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ 
  • High school diploma 
  • Customer service experience (At least 1 year) 
  • Basic mathematical skills 
  • Working knowledge of Office 360 

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily tasks on the “Audit Responsibilities Checklist” which include balancing all cash, credit card, check, and gift certificate payments, processing “end of day” reports, and ensuring accuracy/completeness of inventory. 
  • Provide overnight customer service to guests and fulfill guests’ requests 
  • Address guest concerns and ensure their safety and security  
  • Utilize a property management system to verify and reconcile check-in/check-outs and payments 
  • Prepare/verify guest packets and key cards for use and distribution 
  • Prepare for morning activities including check-outs, coffee for guests, etc. 
  • Perform all other reasonable tasks as assigned 

Compensation: Minimum: $15.00/hr. | Maximum $18.00/hr.
