We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Micro Quality Control (Q/C) & Biology Analyst I or II to join our team. In this role, you will organize and perform testing activities with accuracy and precision while minimizing workloads.聽

Position Summary

The Micro Quality Control (Q/C) & Biology Analyst I or II follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods (TSMs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and internal processes.聽


Essential Responsibilities

路 Perform and monitor testing activities.

路 Review and update work schedules to effectively maintain the testing schedule.

路 Review testing results to ensure report accuracy.

路 Coordinate testing plans to ensure materials are testing according to schedule.

路 Plan usage of laboratory materials to ensure optimal testing levels.

路 Work with management to address issues regarding testing, quality, and production.

路 Manage deadlines based on project expectations.

路 Track production and research to help predict future scheduling needs.

路 Gather, process, analyze, and share research and product test data.

路 Work with management to establish SOPs for testing, equipment, and laboratory procedures.

路 Work with management to establish test methods, validate products, and qualify technicians.

路 Ensure GMP/GLP equipment calibration and IOPQ (mapping) are current.

路 Assist in the acquisition and/or production, if required, of research-related materials.

路 Work with management to design and enact research procedures.

路 Participate in research and/or microbiology testing.

路 Analyze and present research data.

路 Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


Education聽

路 Bachelor's degree in microbiology/biology, or another related science field preferred.


Experience

路 One (1) to four (4) years' experience in a related field.


Equivalent combinations of education and relevant laboratory experience will be considered.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will have:

路 Exceptional analytical skill set and attention to detail.

路 Knowledge of USP testing procedures and FDS regulations.

路 Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, MS Office.

路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels.

Compensation

$23 - $30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
