We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Paralegal to support our team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across real estate legal practice areas. The ideal candidate will excel in contract reviews, document management, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.


Duties


Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents such as real estate contracts, joint ventures and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. 


Adhere to state compliance in all states Maronda’s work is present. 


Research and obtain local business license. 


Maintain and review deeds prior to recording.


Review of all Master Service Agreements


Familiarity with state statutes as they pertain to contractor’s licensing.


Manage files through document management systems ensuring accurate filing, data entry, and document review. Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, greeting guests with professionalism and maintain organized office records.


Skills


Proven experience as a paralegal or legal secretary with strong knowledge of law office procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Strong proofreading and transcription abilities to ensure accuracy of all materials. Effective communication skills; excellent phone etiquette.
