Your Responsibilities: What You’ll Accomplish

As a vital member of our field team, you will be responsible for maintaining the "gold standard" on every property you touch:

• High-End Maintenance: Operate professional-grade zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers to create manicured landscapes.
• Detail Work: Perform pruning, hedging, and debris removal to ensure commercial properties look flawless.
• Property Aesthetics: Execute "The Joshua Tree Finish"—clean lines, clear walkways, and zero clippings left behind.
• Team Performance: Coordinate with your Crew Leader to hit daily route goals efficiently and safely.

Safety & Care: Maintain a safe work environment and perform basic daily checks on equipment to keep everything running at peak performance.
