What You'll Do: In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard high-quality candidates who align with BHcare's mission, values, and culture. You will partner with designated managers and programs, support workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, and help create an engaging candidate and new hire experience. Lead full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns, from sourcing and screening through offers, onboarding, and required pre-hire activities. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interview strategies, support selection decisions, and make compensation recommendations aligned with equity and compliance. Create engaging job postings and source candidates through the ATS, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, schools, job fairs, and recruitment events. Build and maintain talent pipelines by monitoring hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, market conditions, and candidate pipeline quality. Maintain timely candidate communication, accurate ATS data, recruitment metrics, and compliant hiring practices that reflect BHcare’s policies and core values. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and experience creating and promoting job postings through job boards and social media platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft 365. Strong communication, consultation, organization, relationship-building, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage recruitment metrics, competing priorities, and stakeholder relationships at all levels. Ability to travel to BHcare locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare services. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
