Job Description:
The Medical Director will play a key role in shaping our clinical practices and leading our medical team to deliver exceptional care. This full-time, on-site role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in psychiatry and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that enhances both patient and provider satisfaction.




Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols.
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the medical team.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss clinical issues and ensure alignment with our mission.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed and serve as a resource for complex cases.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or medical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical quality, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team in a collaborative environment.
