Role Overview
As our front desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting daily agency operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the insurance business, learn the client lifecycle, and receive mentorship from experienced team members—all while preparing to pursue licensing and transition into a sales role if it’s the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
-  Greet clients and visitors professionally—in person, over the phone, and via emailÂ
- Â Manage scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day office communicationsÂ
- Â Support administrative tasks including maintaining records and organizing documentationÂ
- Â Handle basic customer inquiries and route clients to licensed team members as neededÂ
- Â Participate in client interactions to identify needs and uncover potential coverage gapsÂ
- Â Assist with quoting support, follow-ups, and outreach effortsÂ
- Â Collaborate with the team on office operations and special projectsÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Customer service, administrative, or retail/sales experience is a plusÂ
- Â Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Â Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learnÂ
- Â Comfortable engaging with customers and exploring sales opportunitiesÂ
- Â Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systemsÂ
- Â Interest in obtaining a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (guidance provided)Â
