What You'll Do

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing options with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
• Present and sell F&I products that enhance ownership and provide value to customers.
• Structure profitable and compliant deals while adhering to all lender, federal, and state requirements.
• Submit, negotiate, and secure financing approvals through established lender relationships.
• Make credit decisions and efficiently close transactions.
• Ensure all contracts and financial documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing finance team members.
• Achieve and exceed finance product and profitability goals.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
• Proven success in finance product sales and deal structure
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
• Existing lender relationships with references available upon request
• Leadership and team development experience
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and digital presentation tools
• Notary license preferred but not required
