Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Royal Center, IN, serving a diverse school district population from PreK through 12th grade. This in-person position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students communication and language development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students across multiple grade levels.

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).

  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students needs are met.

  • Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Valid Indiana SLP license.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

  • Experience working with PreK12th grade students is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
