The Role
Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Lot Attendants / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October). These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal.
This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for an active, outdoor role. As a Lot Attendant, you’ll be one of the first and last points of contact for our customers—helping create a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assist with parking and directions
- Collect parking fees and handle cash/credit transactions
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions
- Assist with traffic flow and lot organization during busy periods
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas and grounds
- Support general operations and other team needs as required

- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling transactions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience (preferred)
