BOXABL is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Corporate Development to lead the company's inorganic growth strategy and strategic partnerships. This executive will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other transformational initiatives that accelerate BOXABL's mission to revolutionize the housing industry. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, helping shape the company's long-term strategic direction while developing relationships with investors, financial institutions, government agencies, strategic partners, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate combines exceptional financial acumen with strong business judgment, relationship-building skills, and experience leading complex transactions from sourcing through integration. Key Responsibilities Corporate Strategy Partner with the CFO to develop and execute BOXABL's long-term corporate growth strategy. Identify new markets, technologies, product opportunities, and strategic initiatives that support company growth. Conduct competitive, industry, and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and prepare strategic recommendations. Mergers & Acquisitions Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets aligned with corporate strategy. Lead all phases of M&A transactions including: Target identification Financial modeling Valuation Due diligence Negotiations Deal structuring Closing Coordinate internal and external advisors including investment bankers, legal counsel, accountants, consultants, and lenders. Partner with functional leaders to ensure successful post-acquisition integration and value realization. Strategic Partnerships Develop strategic alliances with: Homebuilders Developers Government agencies Institutional investors Financial institutions Technology providers Manufacturing partners Structure joint ventures, licensing agreements, and commercial partnerships that expand BOXABL's market presence. Capital Markets & Investor Engagement Support executive leadership on capital allocation strategy. Assist with strategic communications involving institutional investors and analysts. Evaluate strategic financing alternatives and investment opportunities. Prepare Board presentations and investment memoranda. Executive Leadership Serve as a key advisor to the CFO on strategic decisions. Present recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives involving Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Establish KPIs and reporting metrics for strategic growth initiatives.   QualificationsQualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in: Corporate Development Investment Banking Private Equity Strategy Consulting Corporate Finance Demonstrated success leading multiple M&A transactions from sourcing through close. Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise. Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements. Executive presence with outstanding communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience within one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing Construction Building products Modular construction Industrial automation Housing Real estate development Experience working for a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.
