ColdTech Refrigeration is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Service Technicians in the Las Vegas area. We are a leading commercial service provider across the Intermountain West, supporting restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, and industrial facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
Service rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and self-contained units
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
Repair and maintain restaurant hot-side equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
Communicate clearly with customers and document work performed
Manage your service calls independently and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of commercial HVAC refrigeration service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with rack systems preferred
Restaurant hot-side experience a plus (training available)
EPA Certification (Type II minimum required) and OSHA 10
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Professional, customer-focused attitude
