Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Medical Support Assistants (MSA) to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (North Las Vegas VAMC) located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Multiple shift schedules are available .If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments based on consults and provider orders.
  • Provide patient prep instructions.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Manage radiology records and virtual file room functions.
  • Process CDs and imaging requests.
  • Make and receive high-volume phone calls.
  • Enter notes, referrals, consults, and scheduling updates in patient records.
  • Communicate professionally with Veterans and clinical staff.

Overview

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of post-secondary education is preferred but not required
  • Six (6) months of experience in clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability and skills needed for the position
  • No sponsorship available 

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
