The position is responsible for overseeing all facets of pharmacy practice in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as corporate policies.
Key responsibilities include managing the pharmacy budget, controlling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The role requires the implementation of corporate-approved clinical services and effective staff training and development.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience to qualify for this role.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of financial performance within the pharmacy department.

Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, within the limits of state and federal laws and corporate policies. Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget, minimizing or altogether avoiding unauthorized overtime, performing necessary pharmacy staff training and development, providing excellence in customer service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling pharmacy inventory, and providing/implementing/participating in corporate approved clinical services.
