The Special Events Manager oversees the efficient operation, planning, and execution of special events and promotions citywide for all Caesars Las Vegas properties, including dedicated support for Caesars Palace and Vanderpump. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Events and Promotions, this role leads the Special Events team in creating and executing engaging retail and player events that support business and revenue objectives. The position is responsible for ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion by coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, maintaining compliance, and partnering closely with Marketing and property operators. The Special Events Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Caesars Entertainment’s service standards and operational excellence.
