Our team brings over 425 years of combined experience and includes some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.   JOB ROLE SUMMARY: DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Expert level understanding of all major manufacturer’s products (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications Proficient knowledge of electrified hardware Must be proficient in installation of wood frames Must demonstrate ability to complete projects on time with an emphasis on quality, safety and cost- effectiveness Ability to organize and carry out a work schedule for multiple employees Ability to train other employees in all phases Navigate demands of job site - GC Meetings, paperwork (JHA’s, PTP’s, etc.) Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Ability to use iPad proficiently, Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid Perform quality checks on construction equipment and installation of materials Manage punch list utilizing contractor’s software Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis Other duties and job responsibilities as needed QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift up to 80lbs. Ability to work in various weather elements. Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers. MINIMUM TOOL REQUIREMENTS:   Work Boots w/ Safety Toe Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill) Hand Tools As Required Tool cart Ladder Power Tools: Skill Saw Angle Grinder Hammer Drill Router Laser Level Multi Tool (OIS) Planer REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:   OSHA 30 CPR Forklift Certified Any required hardware certifications.
