Position Summary

The Server provides high-quality dining service to residents while creating a warm, friendly, and homelike environment. This role supports meal service, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction while helping residents enjoy a positive dining experience every day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide attentive, professional service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure resident satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
• Set up dining areas before meals and clean dining rooms after service
• Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed
• Deliver meals to residents unable to dine in the dining room
• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food handling procedures
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with other dining service duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred

• Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Experience working with seniors is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
