Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate laser etching machines according to established procedures and specifications. - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine the appropriate settings and adjustments for each job. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and quality of etched components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, maintenance logs, and quality inspection results. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in laser etching operations.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications in laser technology or manufacturing processes are preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience operating laser etching machines, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment. - Proven track record of maintaining precision and quality in laser etching tasks. - Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
