Speech Language Pathologist  (SLP) - Senior Living

This position requires an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs. 


Position Details:

HTS is currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This community offers a full continuum of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home and healthcare services. 


The SLP in this position will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. 

  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Flexible schedules considered.
  • Also hiring PRN for this community.

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
