Hourly Rate: $24.30 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

You will support warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and delivering materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring production teams have the materials needed to meet daily goals.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stage, stack, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Support production by accurately picking, delivering, and replenishing materials using SAP and warehouse inventory systems.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through product labeling, inventory transactions, cycle count verification, and documentation review.
  • Receive, organize, store, and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure efficient material flow and proper stock management.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and quality checks while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, and warehouse standards.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork by supporting training efforts and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years forklift experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule and overtime as needed to support business demands

Physical Requirements

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

  • Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
  • Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
  • Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
