Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Scheduler in our North Mankato, MN facility.


Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation Translates orders into a sequential work schedule

  • Plans and schedules workflow for press and operation Confers with production and order entry staff to determine status of orders

  • Works closely with Sales/Client Care to meet customer delivery requirements.

  • Expedites orders as agreed meet unforeseen conditions

  • Assesses schedule performance and advises the team on status and preventive/corrective actions required

  • Prepares reports as needed

Your Shift:

  • 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm


You Must Have:

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to work with multiple systems and create tools via excel or access

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Responsible for the planning and scheduling of materials through the production schedules

  • May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

  • Frequently required to move inside the facility

  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area


The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21 - 23. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
