Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Custodian for its condominium community in North Myrtle Beach, SC.Â

Work hours are
- Sun. 7:30-4
- Mon. OFF
- Tues. OFF
- Wed. 7:30-4
- Thurs. 7:30-4
- Fri. 7:30-4
Â
Daily responsibilities:
-
Light maintenance.
-
Paint the outside doors.
-
Maintain the cleanliness of the pool, to include moping the deck.

Maintain the cleanliness of the breezeways, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, picking up trash, and cleaning the bathrooms.

Other duties as requested.Â
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 2+ years of general residential maintenance and cleaning experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service focused and team oriented.
- Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Valid driver's license is required.
