This role collaborates closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), customers, and cross-functional Innovize teams to define project scope, establish shared plans, and ensure timely delivery. The Project Manager applies disciplined project management methodologies to manage scope, schedule, and budget, while fostering team development and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead assigned development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Apply advanced project management techniques and interpersonal skills to build cohesive, motivated teams. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, clearly outlining tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines. Identify and manage project risks, including scope changes, delays, and budget variances; communicate proactively with stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership, including project documentation, meeting summaries, and decision logs. Ensure adherence to Innovize’s New Product Introduction (NPI) process throughout all project phases. Collaborate with BDMs and customers to define project scope, resource requirements, cost analysis, and scheduling. Support continuous improvement of the Innovize Development process in partnership with the Vice President of Development Engineering. Perform additional duties as assigned. Performance Accountabilities Deliver projects on schedule and within scope, meeting pipeline execution and NPI process benchmarks. Achieve individual learning and development goals; contribute to team training and process enhancements. Provide structured project plans, milestone tracking, and progress reporting to ensure successful project outcomes. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device or converting industry. Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships. Working knowledge of IQ, OQ, validation protocols, and regulatory standards including FDA and ISO 13485 (preferred). Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Epicor, and Salesforce. Core Competencies Highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
