The Service Advisor Role
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who understands how to balance customer care, clear communication, and sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process and is responsible for building trust, presenting recommendations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a professional experience from intake through delivery. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth.


Requirements and Responsibilities
• Greet customers professionally and guide them through the intake and inspection process
• Build and present estimates using digital inspections and approved pricing guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and parts staff to manage timelines and expectations
• Follow all intake, documentation, follow up, and delivery procedures
• Ensure a positive final experience through quality control, delivery review, and post service follow up
