AuraSmile Dental North Olmsted is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing best-in-class patient care to every patient, every visit, every time!   

Our ideal candidate is a certified professional who has 3+ years’ experience, preferably in a lead dental assistant role.

PERSONAL HYGIENE, CLEANLINESS, INCLUDING DAILY BATHING/SHOWERING AND CLEAN SCRUBS A MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS as we are a patient facing business.

Partnering with NADG, our dental assistants can count on an assigned (Regional) Dental Assistant Coach to guide you toward your success and growth!  This structure is designed to help support and fully develop our dental assistants.  Our professional development opportunities also assist our DA’s in exploring advancement opportunities! 

Hourly rate: $19-25/hour 

Smiling from Open to Close: 

Monday: 8am-4pm 

Tuesday: 8am-4pm 

Wednesday: 8am-4pm 

Thursday: 8am-4pm 

Friday: CLOSED 

Saturday: CLOSED
