Painter

NM Residential is seeking an experienced Painter to join our dynamic team at our beautiful apartment community, The Westbury Apartments, located in North Olmsted, OH.

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Interior Painting, Drywall Repair, and Patchwork for the apartment or hospitality industry.

• Painting vacant and occupied apartment units,
• Painting common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and lobbies
• Dry wall repair and patchwork

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must be flexible to accept work assignments to different work locations daily.
• Must be able to easily adjust to different work settings, and interact with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
• Must possess valid drivers' license and reliable means of transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) 
 • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior painting experience (required) 
 • Valid driver’s license (required)

Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills 
 • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
 • Responsiveness to the needs of residents, contractors, and management 
 • Must provide personal hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screwdrivers, plumbing tools) 
 • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
