Position Overview
We are seeking full-time RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, resident-centered care and support our nursing team. This position offers professional growth, meaningful work, and a supportive environment.
What You'll Do

Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents

Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans

Collaborate closely with CNAs, other nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes

Foster dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident

Mentor and support junior nursing staff, promoting a positive team culture

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Physical Requirements

Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)

Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist
-
Remain active and on your feet for extended periods

See and hear well enough to perform assessments, medication administration, and care tasks
Qualifications

Current RN or LPN licensure in [State]
