What You'll Do

As a Production Assembler I, you will:

  • Assemble basic door, window, and framing components according to production specifications.
  • Assist with glass installation, glazing, frame assembly, and panel preparation.
  • Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment, including drills, saws, and pneumatic tools.
  • Follow established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Stage materials and support production workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Inspect parts for quality and report defects or concerns to senior assemblers or production leads.
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, hand tools, and moderate noise levels.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and provided as applicable.
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements are required throughout the shift.
