At Securitas, we help make your world a safer place. As a Badge Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting a secure, professional environment by managing access control and delivering exceptional service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced setting where accuracy and professionalism matter.

Location: North Reading, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: $25.51 hour/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, in-person interactions, and trouble ticket resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve badging issues for corporate employees and associates.
  • Operate and execute standard operating procedures independently under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.
  • Perform administrative badging tasks with attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Provide support to facilities operations and phone call services.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through creative problem-solving and professional communication.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-reliant team player.
  • Excellent computer skills to include troubleshooting 
  • Previous banking, retail, administrative experience preferred.
