We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.

The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we’re also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we’re all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.

The BRUNT flagship isn’t a traditional retail store; it’s a home base for the trades. A place where customers can walk in straight from a job site, try on gear built for real work, and talk with a team that understands their day-to-day. We’re building more than a place to shop, we’re creating a community hub where craftsmanship, grit, and pride in hard work come together.

Note on this Role: This is an evergreen posting. We are always looking for high-energy, authentic individuals to join our crew. While we may not have an immediate opening today, we review these applications first whenever a spot opens up on the team. If you’re passionate about the trades and our mission, we want to know who you are.
