As a Community Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers
- Provide oversight for team and community operations
- Help develop talent and strengthen team performance
- Build strong relationships with boards, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and financial operations
- Continue managing a small portfolio, keeping you connected to the communities and clients you know best
- Expand your leadership experience and take the next step in your community management career
The role combines team leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder relationships, branch-level strategic support, and management of a small HOA portfolio.
Who We’re Looking For
You understand community association management. You know budgets, boards, homeowners, competing priorities, and the unique challenges that come with supporting communities in Texas.
More importantly, you’re ready to lead people, not just properties.
Ideal candidates bring:
- Strong HOA/community association management experience
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience
- HOA budgeting experience
- Knowledge of Texas HOA management laws
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of association financials
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong time-management skills
The current role profile emphasizes HOA management knowledge, budgeting, supervisory experience, Texas HOA law, financial knowledge, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Relevant professional, industry, and leadership experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
- 7 - 10years of directly related or closely related experience
- 5 - 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
- 5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
