Overnight Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Map Communications is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will serve as the professional voice for a diverse client base that includes medical offices and professional services, ensuring their callers receive friendly and comprehensive support. What You'll Do:

Professionally handle incoming calls.
Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
Accurately gather and relay required information.
Verify and enter details precisely into our system.

What We're Looking For:

A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
Computer skills in a Windows environment.
Reliable attendance.
Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
Availability to work one weekend day per week.
The ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.

Compensation: $19/ Hour

Shifts Offered:

Full Time - 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
Overnight Hours
Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
