The Maintenance Technician position requires a working knowledge of residential facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be able to troubleshoot problems effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
This full-time position includes on-call rotations and responsibilities such as preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and preparing vacant suites for move-ins.
The salary for this position is competitive, and employees enjoy benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, along with generous paid time off and a 401k with company match.
Additionally, maintenance employees residing at a Gross Residential apartment community are eligible for a 50% discount on their rental rate.

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:

Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
Responds to work orders
Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
Appliance installation & repair
Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
Basic HVAC maintenance
Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
Maintains safe and clean working environment
All other duties as assigned
