Warehouse Associate - North Salt Lake, UT

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at VFC Lightning Protection. Since 1986, VFC Lightning Protection has been delivering complete, turnkey lightning protection solutions nationwide. As an industry leader, we specialize in Total Site & Facility Protection by designing and installing customized grounding, lightning protection, surge suppression, and lightning warning systems. Our solutions safeguard operations, protect infrastructure, and provide true peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, receive, and organize materials and equipment

• Deliver products to local job sites using a company truck

• Accurately process, pack, and ship outgoing orders

• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed

• Inspect products for damage and report issues promptly

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

• Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs

• Must pass a physical exam

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience

• Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment

• Forklift certification or ability to operate a forklift safely

• Basic inventory management and data entry skills

• Strong communication and attention to detail
