Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Plan layouts for and install several different roof and gutter ice melt systems
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems in existing roof and gutter ice-melt systems, improving the overall system as needed.
- Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of roof and gutter ice melt systems and electrical control devices.
- Training: Train other technicians for premium job performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential and light commercial trades of Roofing, Framing, Solar Panel, Construction, or Electrical installation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Teachability - learn the standard installation processes and procedures for a unique and growing industry
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)
- Pay is commensurate with the candidate's training, licenses, and experience.
