Job DetailsJob Location: Waterville Valley, NH 03215Position Type: Full TimeJob Overview Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part-time, year-round building maintenance technician for our lodging and Town Square properties. Work schedule is Monday-Wednesday evenings, with the option of one additional day. Responsibilities include: Ability to perform light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, landscaping and/or other skilled and semi-skilled trade functions Routine custodial tasks are performed daily Maintenance, repair and construction over buildings and grounds Must be first and foremost safety-conscience for guests and staff Must be willing and able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees Accepting diverse assignments Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions Good communication skills and ability to work well with others This is a physically demanding job, and the individual must be capable of heavy lifting, physical dexterity, working in confined spaces.
