Accountabilities:

  • Operation of packaging equipment.
  • Input production data in (MII).
  • Input performance data in computer system SAP.
  • Input production downtime information into RtDuet.
  • Collect samples / perform quality .
  • Minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Warehouse management.
  • Understand the proper usage techniques of both the manlift and freight elevator  
  • Housekeeping tasks.
  • Repalletizing / disposal of distressed product.
  • Perform change over tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
  • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP.
  • Prior experience in production related work.
  • Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment.
