Job DetailsJob Location: AR Stuttgart IH - STUTTGART, AR 72160Position Summary: The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Keep the building and grounds neat, clean, and free from hazards or clutter Maintain exterior spaces, including mowing, weed eating, and parking lot upkeep Wash and clean heavy equipment as needed Stack and organize pallets in designated areas Safely operate a high-powered pressure washing system Clean and restock restrooms regularly Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility Clean offices, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, and maintain interior and exterior floors Respond promptly to emergency cleaning or maintenance requests Perform daily housekeeping and janitorial tasks in shop and work areas Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies Perform minor facility maintenance tasks as needed Complete other related duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications and Physical Requirements: Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and stooping Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage supplies and inventory Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in a collaborative environment Safety-focused mindset with consistent use of required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection) Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable Experience working safely in a shop or industrial environment preferred
