He is looking for a mentor to support him with working on his goals in his home and out in the community. He is seeking a DSP who is reliable, patient and willing to support with physical assistance. He is looking for someone that will assist with ADLs, from getting him up and going for the day, dressing, and supporting with meals. Days would consist of attending places/participating in activities he regularly enjoys doing in his home and/or out in the community, or attending appointments with him to provide support and company on other days. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities and providing personal care is preferred for this individual. Please respond with resume or summary of experience.   Seeking a DSP who is reliable, patient and willing to provide assistance with personal care tasks. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Please respond with resume or summary of experience.   Candidate must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, especially when electronically logging each day's time, mileage, and service documentation. DSP must have a valid email address.   Hours and days of work Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM); Tuesday, Thursday (9 AM - 4:30 PM)   Pay rate: $23 per hour when providing direct support. The hourly rate for indirect/training is $16 per hour.
