SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, FP&A (Permanent)
Our client, an established international manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This is a newly created role due to growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily finance/sales analysis responsibilities contributing to overall success of the organization
- Regularly review sales performance, breaking it down into regions/product/customer/channel categories, in order to accurately develop and deliver realistic KPIs for the Sales team
- Distribute weekly KPI dashboards to sales leadership to reflect targets, market trends, backlogs, & win rates
- Collaborate with Sales team members to track performance and provide educated insights/recommendations to improve margins
- Track, analyze, and adjust sales incentive/commission plans
- Manage forecasting and rebate accruals alongside sales ops and accounting teams
- Spearhead monthly and quarterly P&L forecasting meetings for U.S. business, ensuring margins, revenue, and expenses are accurately broken down and conveyed
- Track spending vs. budget for various assigned cost centers, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing necessary corrective actions where possible
- Own the annual budget process for US Commercial functions—ensure incentive plans, headcount, and T&E are included
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial/sales data as it is being used for reporting, planning, and compensation
- Analyze FP&A processes for areas of improvement and provide educated recommendations to improve both speed and accuracy
- Remain up to date on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance is maintained at all times
- Work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full-time, direct hire
- 100% in-office
- $90,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Excel, ERP programs, & various planning systems (INFOR, Prophix, or Power BI)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment
